Nice cross-country trails and hiking trails right nearby. The terrace and fire pit are popular for use both in summer and winter and there is a nice view. Contents of cabin: You enter a small hallway. Then another, slightly larger hallway. You get one bedroom with a double bed on the right and one bedroom with a double bed on the left. Next door on the left is the bathroom with toilet and shower cubicle. Directly ahead is a smaller bathroom with a washing machine. To the right here is the kitchen with most of what you need for self-catering. Dishwasher, fridge with freezer. On to the living room. Dining table with room for 8 people and lounge with TV and satellite dish. Wood stove and access to the house's terrace. Stairs up to the 2nd floor. 2 bedrooms with a double bed and in addition there is a bed in the loft living room. It is approx. 2 km to Bortelid alpine centre. Dogs are allowed on the 1st floor. But not in 2 floors and in bedrooms. Centrally located in southern Norway, approx. 90 to 120 min. to/from Kristiansand, Arendal and Lyngdal you will find the resort Bortelid in Åseral municipality. A snowy place near the Setesdalsheiene. About. 560-850 m.a.s.l. Bortelid has one of Southern Norway's largest alpine resorts and approx. 110 km network of trails in winter. Bortelid attracts both alpine skiers, snowboarders and ski cross athletes and those who enjoy themselves best on the children's or family slopes.
